About the role
Provide effective leadership in the planning, management, and delivery of safe, quality consumer/person centred care within the Adult and Children's Emergency Departments and Paediatric Services in TPCH, and Minor Injury and Illness Clinic KSH. This role functions as an effective interprofessional team member demonstrating professional and clinical expertise and contemporary knowledge in strategic planning, quality management and professional leadership and development. The role collaborates with other program leaders and key stakeholders in leading the development and implementation of strategies to meet the demand for health care services, targets and key performance indicators across TPCH and KSH.
