Assistant Nursing/Midwifery Director

Demonstrate responsibility for the operational planning, management and evaluation of designated services and maintenance of professional nursing within Safety and Quality.

About the role

The purpose of this role is to: 

• Demonstrate responsibility for the operational planning, management and evaluation of designated services and maintenance of professional nursing within Safety and Quality.
• Demonstrate responsibility for the development of designated service improvement portfolios in partnerships with RBWH staff and services.
• Provide efficient and effective use of human and material resources in a specific area within a dynamic health environment.
