About you
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and coordinate multiple activities with a high degree of accuracy and planning.
- Previous facilities management, financial management experience and strong computing skills would be an advantage.
- Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills with the ability to question contractors and suppliers to ensure sound decision making.
- Project management experience and ability to comprehend construction plans and drawings, would be an advantage.
- Experience in risk and compliance will also be highly regarded.
