This privately owned company is a recognised leader in the luxury Interior Design and Property Development industry. They are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support an entrepreneurial Managing Director in a role that will provide exposure to the business, and a chance to work closely with the Managing Director and the Senior Management Executives.
The Job Description
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following tasks;
- Working with MD to help provide oversight to company operations and leadership to office team
- Extensive diary management
- Offer guidance and direction on behalf of the Managing Director to staff and interns
- Manage action items and meet with staff, clients and executives when required
- Managing the office and correspondence with any relevant IT consultants and building management.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel
- Coordinating client functions and events
- Managing external client relationships with key company stakeholders
- Acting as a gatekeeper to screen all calls
- All other Adhoc duties as requested by the Managing Director
- Support the Managing director in schedule and order/collect lunch or coffee when
required, to ensure that the Managing Director is able to get through his schedule when
time poor.
The Successful Candidate
5-10 years+ of relevant experience supporting C-Suite or Senior leadership team is essential to be successful for this position.
- Your professionalism and strong eye for detail will enable you to deal with clients and key stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with good skills in formatting Word and PowerPoint
- documents
- Be proficient in Dropbox and organising files
- Detail-oriented - and super organised.
- You will be immaculately presented with superior influencing skills
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination and logistics
- Well-organised, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Excellent communicator and outgoing toward clients and other staff
