Due to internal growth, Cricks Noosa is seeking an Assistant Parts Manager or an experienced Parts Interpreter ready to step up and join our dynamic team.
You'll help oversee the entire Parts Department, manage daily operations, and lead our dedicated staff with support from the Group Parts Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate Parts employees
- Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate parts sourcing
- Build and maintain major customer relationships
- Achieve volume and sales targets
- Ensure staff are trained and knowledgeable
- Provide supervision and leadership
- Address customer concerns effectively
- Develop strategies for dealership success
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience as an Assistant Parts Manager or Parts Interpreter
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Ability to implement plans and drive success
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Exceptional time management and professionalism
