DUTIES BDM
- Prospecting , Listing and Advertising Investment Properties.
- Liaise with PM department with leasing activities
- Conducting Open Homes
- Work closely with Sales division
- Attend required training
DUTIES ASSISTANT / JUNIOR PROPERTY MANAGER
- Routine inspections
- Processing , entering and maintaining data
- Help senior property managers running day to day portfolios.
- Day-to-day management of properties.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants & tradespeople.
- Prepare the file for new tenancies.
- Enter all maintenance/ repairs in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a good relationship with your landlords and tenants.
- Scan and file maintenance invoices.
- Manage rent arrears.
- Internal training.
- Reasonable duties as required.
We offer you a 35 hour work per week, a paid Day off once a month ( * exclusions apply ).
