Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Managing the listing and selling process within your team or individually
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Prospecting new customers through various channels
- Managing potential buyers and their individual requirements
- Learning the skills required to become an independent agent or continue to grow and dominate your own patch if you are already listing and selling
- Providing local area knowledge to clients
- Participating in regular training sessions to stay up to date on new sales techniques and legislation
- Proven track record of sales if you are an agent
- 6 months + experience in sales for associates preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Passion for real estate and excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- NSW Real Estate Registration Certificate or Real Estate Licence essential
