About the role:
We are seeking an Assistant Practice Manager (2IC) for a full-time position, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Upon commencement you will receive a dedicated training program that includes a full orientation and induction, online compliance training, and support from your Practice Manager.
You will assist with the delivery of efficient and effective administrative and reception functions, ensure the patient experience is aligned with our values, and step into the Practice Manager role to cover periods of absence. This is an exciting opportunity for a current 2IC or experienced Medical Receptionist looking to take the next step in their career.
About you:
- Previous 2IC experience (well regarded)
- Previous Medical Receptionist experience (essential)
- Understanding of the general business operations of a medical practice
- Ability to demonstrate and encourage leadership and teamwork
- Exceptional customer service and commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer knowledge and skills
- Understanding of Work Health & Safety and Privacy
