We are seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to join our team on a full-time ongoing basis. The role will be based in our Jindabyne Sport and Recreation Centre.
We offer a competitive salary to the right candidate with salary range starting from $93,295 up to $102,941 per annum plus $12,979 Sport and Recreation Allowance, 11% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.

About the role
As Assistant Program Coordinator, you will work closely supporting the Program Coordinator and site teams to deliver customer centric service to a diverse range of clients. As part of this role, you may be responsible for providing information and coordinating a range of business needs with key stakeholders to achieve outcomes. This role will provide significant face to face delivery of programs to clients. The role will be rostered on duty on evenings, weekends and public holidays and is required to perform on-call responsibilities as part of the site leadership team.

About you
You will be customer focused with a strong ability to provide a positive customer experience. You can deal effectively and professionally with business clients and industry stakeholders and can manage customer expectations. You are flexible and responsive and can manage competing priorities in a calm and structured manner. You are solutions focussed and can identify suitable options and manage challenging situations with customers as required.
As part of the role you will be required to facilitate program activities and experience in this area is highly desirable. Knowledge, skills and experience in a relevant field such as Education or Sport is essential for the role.
