This is a newly created opportunity that will work closely with a seasoned Project Manager supporting developments across Chambers Flat & the Beaudesert, with required travel across these locations.If you bring experience in construction management, and a keen interest in residential builds and modular housing, apply now to play a key role in our innovative and growing Development team. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the management the Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) requirements for each project under the relevant legislation and INA systems.Assist with project budget reviews and general cost control.Deliver projects within approved budgets and on-cost.Contractor progress claim assessments.Deliver project to specification and ensure work is within quality parameters and meets statutory and INA requirements.Contract progress and program status reviews.Deliver projects within approved program.Project document control.Assist with managing contractors and coordinate suppliers in the delivery of built form.Coordinate and assist with the handover of each project / stage / dwelling with the sales and operations team including defects management.Maintain key stakeholder relations during and post project delivery including the development, sales, and operations teams. About YouProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and MS ProjectDetailed understanding of built form construction methodology and processesUnderstanding and experience of residential and (ideally) seniors living constructionUnderstanding of civil works/infrastructure/servicesAbility to contribute to and work as part of a small and dynamic teamStrong organisation, administration, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in different geographical locations at onceAbility to prioritise, work under pressure and to tight time deadlinesStrong commercial acumen coupled with an outgoing, positive attitudeStrong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to persuade others & build consensusAbility to liaise with customers during the sales and settlement processes Next StepsSounds like it might be a great fit?
