About the role
The Assistant Project Officer will work within the Curriculum Reform’s Professional Learning team, to support the creation of NESA online learning courses for NSW teachers. They will contribute to project reporting, implementation and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of online learning courses, in line with established project plans and objectives.
At NESA we are presently focused on an exciting, transformational program of curriculum reform, and this role is a great opportunity to support work of passionate educators.
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
· updating and collating documentation and records regarding relevant issues, policies and practices for the Professional Learning team
· undertaking basic research and analysis in assigned project areas such as best practice online learning development and Learning Management Systems
· communicating with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues
· providing a range of secretariat and administrative services to support project delivery, including accreditation requirements for online learning courses.
