Assist in managing and implementing a range of projects across the department, to support and improve service delivery and optimise outcomes in the portfolio performance and stakeholder relations.
Key accountabilities include:
Assist in managing a range of projects to deliver initiatives to LAHC.
• Manage and undertake operational aspects of project implementation, including monitoring project plans, coordinating resources, and managing deliverables and tasks.
• Assist with research and analysis to support the development of key projects across the department.
• Assist in managing projects designed to review, monitor and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery within the department.
• Provide operational advice and communication to stakeholders regarding project status and implementation issues as well as analysing the issues in order to recommend appropriate solutions within delegation and context.
• Assist in preparing a range of project related documents including briefing notes, status updates, reports, budgets and discussion papers.
• Utilise and implement project management methodologies and processes in all projects.
About You
- Intermediate level of Excel
- Understanding of asset management principals in the development of Professional Service Briefs for Asset Sales, Redevelopment and Upgrade opportunities.
