Form of workWe are currently seeking a full time Assistant Property Building Manager who is an all rounder.
You’re main duties are, but not limited to:
· Check guests in⁄out
· Liaise with tenants
· Maintain client accounts
· Manage reservations
· Answering Phones
· Scheduling Quotes
· Assisting with After Hour Callouts
· Generate reports and more

· Ability to correspond with tenants, guests and owners VIA email
· Available to work weekends and public holidays.
Our requirements:
· The candidate must have a driver license
· The candidate has experience in tourism, hospitality, real-estate or retail
The candidate has ambition to pursue a career in the hotel, tourism or real-estate industry
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Varsity Lakes, QLD 4227: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- administration: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Full Driver Licence (Preferred)
