The role
Office locations around Greenfield plus other locations in South Perth
Community/office based, going to clients' homes and schools etc
NDIS clients, across the lifespan - tailor your caseload to your area of interest
In this role, you may work with clients needing therapy for; speech sound clarity, comprehension, literacy, stuttering, social skills, learning difficulties, AAC, mealtimes (swallowing chewing feeding etc), school performance, articulation etc. - with the opportunity to tailor your caseload!
Billable hours - In your first 3 months, start at 20% or 40% (depending on experience) and gradually work up top 70% which will be 4-5 a day
How will you be supported?
Structured New Grad program with a module that is personalized to suit your needs
Billable hours can be negotiated to cater to work-life balance
PD allowance is provided both internally and externally and is also flexible depending on where you would like your career to go
Fortnightly Speech Pathologist meetings and monthly MDT meetings
Supervision provided based on experience
Additional Benefits
Earn between $75,000 - $100,000 + Super + Benefits

Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Full SPA registration
Working With Children Check
Driver's licence and car
