In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our team with a variety of administrative duties. Your typical day-to-day responsibilities will include:
-Undertaking general day to day administration and creating processes and procedures to ensure the efficient running of the office.
-Supporting property management staff in the day-to-day management duties.
-Overseeing the facilitation of maintenance on homes.
-Inspecting homes to ensure they are presented immaculately and ready for guest arrivals.
-Managing the guest experience and responding to guest messaging.
Requirements
-Has excellent communication and customer service skills, being comfortable managing and working with team members at all levels.
-Is detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
-Is proactive and can work independently but is also a team player who is eager to collaborate with others.
-Can solve problems creatively and is flexible to adapt to changing circumstances or unexpected challenges.
-Has high level administration and organisational skills.
-Must have car and driver's license
-Some weekend work is required as well as after-hours assistance (shared on a roster)
Ideal Hours - Subject to negotiation
2-4 days per week with hours having the option of being negotiated to fit in with lifestyle ie: school hours / other job
After hours support - Every 2nd weekend from home monitoring messaging only.
Remuneration
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications and hours worked.
