About the Role:
This is an executive Property Management Assistant opportunity with potential for growth and development within our busy Property Management team. This role includes –
- Supporting directors and senior agents in daily tasks,
- Handle calls and communication with clients, customers, and contractors,
- Assisting with leasing, advertising, maintenance and management of property,
- Collaborate with a dynamic team for seamless operations.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:

- Eager to learn about the property industry,
- A quick learner with positive communication skills,

All training will be provided. We are looking for is someone with the right attitude who fits our light-hearted culture.
Agents Representative Certificate is preferred but can be obtained at a later date.
