The role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our Asset Management Services team.
Reporting directly to the Director, Asset Management Services, you will provide support in the day-to-day management of client portfolios whilst being mentored by a highly experienced leader in the industry.

Key responsibilities:
- Support the team with day-to-day activities associated with managing client portfolios.
- Financial management activities including accounts payable, receivable, and budgeting/forecasting.
- Property and lease data maintenance.
- Client reporting which will include, general issues, maintenance issues, upcoming works, relevant schedules, and arrears recommendations.
- Managing recurring services maintenance and ad hoc repairs and maintenance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders – clients, tenants, and contractors.
- In partnership with the FM team manage compliance and risk management activities across the portfolio.

- Have relevant experience in a similar commercial & retail property management role &/or transferrable skills that make you a great fit. We want you to grow into the role and with us as a organisation.
- Relevant degree preferable, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property) (desirable not essential)
- Hold a valid and current Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration.
- An energetic and proactive approach to work, demonstrating initiative and drive.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- High attention to detail.
- Possess strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Be a great communicator.
