Your new role
- Tenant Relations: Building positive relationships with tenants.
- Maintenance Coordination: Inspecting properties, coordinating repairs, and managing budgets.
- Administrative tasks: record keeping, marketing, and basic bookkeeping.
- Communication: Effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Collaboration: Working closely with Property Managers and teams.
Requirements include experience, industry knowledge, organisational skills, and interpersonal abilities.
What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking a versatile individual who can adapt, learn, and take on diverse responsibilities. Minimum 12 month experience in Property Management. Someone ready to absorb knowledge and grow.
