About the role
You will be working in an experienced team supporting the day-to-day management of a national portfolio of highquality and high performing assets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide analysis and information for various reporting.
- Assist with annual budgets and forecasts including outgoings.
- Assist with th implementation of sustainability projects.
- Administer and manage leases and contacts.
- Assist with the implementation of sustainability tasks and projects.
- Maintain a low arrears rate across the portfolio.

- Experience supporting the property management of a commercial portoflio.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Work as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
