Monday - Friday, we are seeking someone to be the backbone to one of the most experienced Property Managers on the Lower North Shore... this role is for someone looking to progress their career in Real Estate.
The Role:
Working amongst a team with a reputation for impeccable service, this is a diverse and fast paced role with plenty of support, structure and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. As an Assistant Property Manager you will be responsible for:
- Assisting a fantastic Senior Property Manager with 300 properties
- Effectively liaise with tenants
- Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
- Complete repairs & maintenance management
- Arrears control
- Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
- Working towards targets and KPI's
- NO leasing and NO accounts
- Previous Real Estate Leasing experience
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- Support a Senior Property Manager with over 18 years' experience
- Monday - Friday Position
