Assistant Property Manager - Entry Level
Ideal for New Entrants into Property Management: Kickstart your career under the guidance of industry professionals in a supportive environment.
Requirements: A positive attitude, willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and residency in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. A basic understanding of property management, a valid driver's license and current Certificate IV in Property Practice are required.
Property Manager
Seeking Experienced Professionals: We’re looking for a Property Manager with at least 12 months of experience in managing a property portfolio, ready to take on the responsibility of our diverse properties.
Requirements: Proven property management experience, exceptional organisational and negotiation skills, current Property Management registration, and a valid driver's license. Must be a current resident of Melbourne's Northern Suburbs or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities Include:
For Assistant Property Manager: Supporting property inspections, tenant and landlord communications, document preparation, and providing general administrative assistance.
For Property Manager: Full portfolio management, conducting inspections and appraisals, managing leasing agreements, and maintaining strong tenant and landlord relationships.
