Form of workWe are a market leading commercial property group in WA specialising in retail and commercial leasing, management, marketing and sales.
Due to growth in our management portfolio, we are sourcing someone to be part of our dynamic and supportive Property Management team.
The role is to provide daily administrative and management support to two Senior Property Managers who work on some of Perth's high profile sites. The role includes taking tenant queries, arranging contractors, compiling monthly reports, attendance at client meetings, liaising with Leasing and Marketing Departments and general administrative duties. A general understanding of mixed use Retail/Commercial Property is essential.
Experience 3+ years in the Retail/Commercial property industry in a similar role is required to fulfill this role.
The following is required:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience on Property Management systems eg, MRI or Cirrus8
- Experience with property budgets & cashflow
- Knowledge of trust account systems
- Exposure to rent review procedures
- High numerical literacy
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Great team work skills
