JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Assistant to Property Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing and managing our properties. Your proficiency with Kolmeo software will be crucial for streamlining operations and ensuring top-notch service for our residents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to tenant and landlord inquiries via email and phone
- Conduct virtual property tours, coordinate showings, and ensure a smooth tenant onboarding process.
- Scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs with vendors
- Preparing and sending lease agreements and other property-related documents
- Updating property listings on various platforms
- Coordinating property showings and inspections
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Managing rental payments and deposits
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Other duties as assigned by the property management team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With experience in real estate property management (US, US, AU)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with property management software (e.g., PropertyTree, Property Me, RP Data) is a plus
- Australian experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
