Beso a new Spanish Tapas Restaurant and Bar just opened on Flinders Lane at Hotel Indigo
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you have supervisory responsibility for the service provision of the ground floor restaurant and bar, lounge area, in-room dining and the service team for Restaurant Beso at Hotel Indigo Melbourne on Flinders.
You are expected to lead the front of house team to become a warm, knowledgeable and efficient team, delivering excellence in standards of service. You are required to be meticulous and consistent in your management of standards, respectful and courteous in your handling of staff and inspirational to your team. We expect you to drive the front of house service operation, ensuring delivery of a memorable guest experience, whilst striving to ensure the financial targets are met or exceeded and assisting us in the development and growth of the business in a highly competitive market.

Experience:
• Proven experience as a Supervisor/Assistant Manager or similar role at an equivalent venue.
