The Role
Working with an exceptional team, the restaurant focuses on sustainable and local produce, with an emphasis on experiences that invoke unfiltered joy.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will leave a lasting impression on guests who come from all over the country (soon to be the world!) with your expertise in all matters food, beverage and customer service.
You will:
- Develop a passionate team by providing ongoing support and feedback
- Role model exemplary service skills
- Build close relationships with other departments ensuring open communication
- Assist in the Management of budgets, Rostering & time sheet approvals
- Ensure WHS procedures are monitored
- Have a sound understanding of local wines and produce (advantageous but not essential)
