Experience as an Assistant Restaurant/Venue Manager in the fast food/QSR industry Experience leading and managing large high-performing teams Direct engagement with budget & financials management, such as P&Ls, wastage and labour reports Passion for people – customer & team empowerment first mindset A hunger and drive to grow your business Flexibility to work on a rotational roster across weekends and public holidays – we don’t do overnights! Your day to day at Grill’d...
