About the opportunityOne of our most loyal clients has launched multiple restaurants in the last 12 months, and they've had an excellent record developing Managers from within, but now it is time for them to bring in some fresh talent as they continue to grow.
With internal promotions comes opportunity, and we're delighted to be searching for a committed hospitality professional who is ready to step in to one of Geelong's most popular casual restaurants.
Senior management here takes an approach of 'What is important to you matters to us' so they have raised the bar to provide flexible rosters that fit most lifestyle and tick the work life balance boxes that most Hospitality workers struggle to get.
As an Assistant Manager you will lead service, coach and develop staff on shift, manage team KPI's, oversee food safety, and support senior management as they continue to run a high performing operation.
Expect to lead a team of 5 on shift, whilst getting the coaching you need to grow and develop into a senior leader.
