Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar, with a minimum of 2 years.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of creating a positive work environment and delivering outstanding customer service.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and compliance.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and handle various responsibilities.
- A passion for training and mentoring in both service and product knowledge - a true leader by example, not a manage
The ideal candidate:
- Will assist in day-to-day operations, stock ordering and stock control within the venue
- Assist in overseeing the responsible service of alcohol and up-keeping of a safe workplace
- Work closely with the Venue Manager ensuring operations and overall success of the business
- Will be able to lead staff to deliver a high quality service in a fast-paced environment, while staying composed under pressure
- Will have chosen hospitality as your profession, always lead by example and enjoy problem-solving
- Have a high attention to detail
- Possess superior communication and interpersonal skills
