About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Fast Food Chain leader to join our growing Perth Airport team, who is agile and flexible in leading a team in a busy but rewarding environment. The successful candidate will assist the Manager to run a busy Hungry Jacks outlet - catering to the appetites of hungry travellers.
About you:
Experience within the following criteria would be of advantage:
- Ability to set clear expectations and follow-up on performance outcomes
- Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills
- Experience in managing teams and a strong sense of teamwork
- Ability to work autonomously in a face-paced high-pressure environment
- Experienced with relevant legislative regulations, codes of practice and industry standards
- Strong customer service skills and clear understanding of the relationship between service and sales results.
- Knowledge of stock take
Criteria / Qualifications:
- Food Safety Certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Operations or other related discipline is desirable
- Prior experience leading a Fast Food multi-outlet or multi-site team would be advantageous
Availability:
- The successful candidate must commit to a variety of shifts over a 7 day a week roster including morning, days, and nights
