We are seeking exceptional hospitality professionals to join our front-of-house team at Long Chim. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Venue Manager in implementing operational procedures and standards, driving team training and development, and ensuring quality service and hospitality for our guests. The Team Leader position will oversee the Bar and floor's operational efficiency and lead team members in all Food & Beverage operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Venue Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Assist with staff recruitment, training, and development
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures, health and safety regulations, and quality standards
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service delivery
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment; place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
Skills:
- RSA certificate required.
- Approved Managers certification required for Assistant Restaurant Manager position.
- Flexibility to work on weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests.
- Food Safety Certificate.
Qualifications:
Previous management/team leading experience.
A strong hospitality background.
