The OpportunityThis vibrant fast-casual dining group have two locations in the West that are seeing a huge increase in volume, and so they are on the lookout for someone who's ready to step up and support the Restaurant Manager in running the show.

As the Assistant Manager, you will have your own portfolio of the business to look after as well as being the right-hand to a seasoned Restaurant Manager, taking charge of training and development while also owning shift management when they're not around.
