Position Description

Position Requirements

• Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management skills
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
