The positions work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service to our rate payers and stakeholders, providing accurate, up to date information for the raising and recovery of rates and charges. Assistant Revenue Officer - Rating Services
- Assist with the processing of notice of transfers and maintain Council's Property Information System, including rating land and property records, name and address integrity, and the levying of rates and charges through supplementary levies and processes.
Assistant Revenue Officer - Recovery Services
- Assist with the efficient and effective recovery of outstanding rates, water usage and debtor charges.
