Assistant Sales Manager (Grade 8)
You will be responsible for:
- Achieving sales KPIs
- Effectively managing the delivery of the day to day sales activities
- Ensuring all team members are effectively trained in sales techniques and responsibilities.
- Building a high performance sales team based on clear expectations and standards
- Contributing to the recruitment of Sales personnel
- Executing social marketing campaigns to increase store traffic.
- Opening and closing activities, including store presentation
- Providing timely coaching, feedback and recognition to staff
- Assisting with the onboarding and development of new and existing employees.
- Providing assistance with roster adjustments and shift coverage.
- Participating in the coordination and delivery of promotions, specials, BBQ's and fundraisers.
- Conducting regular huddles, team meetings, toolbox talks and one on one coaching.
Assistant Sales Manager (Grade 7)
You will be responsible for:
- opening and closing activities
- managing day to day operations
- claims escalations
- operational training of new team members
- assist processing counter sales
- leading by example and getting out onto the showroom floor to sell
