Our Assistant Service Manager will share and contribute to our passion for motor cars, professionalism, team spirit, and providing exceptional customer service! This role will give you exposure to a range of service activities over a twelve-month period.
The ideal candidate will be a responsible individual, technically competent, with a thorough knowledge of modern automotive systems and a strong customer service focus.

As a Assistant Service Manager, you will:
- Actively learn and engage in various customer service roles
- Continually develop their knowledge and skills in the industry
- Ensure customers’ needs are met with professionalism and care
- Contribute to our commitment to excellence in customer service and operational efficiency
About you:
- Industry experience is highly desirable, but not essential
- High level of motivation to succeed
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Sound literacy and numeracy skills
- Willingness and ability to work across any of our sites, as determined by business needs
- Provisional or Open Drivers Licence is essential
