As an Assistant Service Manager, you will support the Service Manager in overseeing the service and warranty team, as well as being involved across the workshop. You will manage a team of three service advisors, ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Address customer complaints and queries promptly.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback. Implement changes based on feedback to improve services.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate service staff.
- Schedule and prioritise service appointments effectively.
- Analyse performance reports and provide updates to dealership management.
- Manage the service department budget.
- Oversee parts and supplies ordering and stocking. Coordinate with suppliers for the best prices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor.
- Strong people management skills.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to listen and understand customer needs.
- Experience in a dealership, preferably with well-known car brands.
- Corporate car included in the package.
- Annual bonus up to $20K per year.
