Join a leading car dealership with multiple branches, specialising in famous car brands. As an Assistant Service Manager, you will support the Service Manager in overseeing the service and warranty team, as well as being involved across the workshop. You will manage a team of three service advisors, ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Address customer complaints and queries promptly.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback. Implement changes based on feedback to improve services.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate service staff.
- Schedule and prioritise service appointments effectively.
- Analyse performance reports and provide updates to dealership management.
- Manage the service department budget.
- Oversee parts and supplies ordering and stocking. Coordinate with suppliers for the best prices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor.
- Strong people management skills.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to listen and understand customer needs.
- Experience in a dealership, preferably with well-known car brands.
- Corporate car included in the package.
- Annual bonus up to $20K per year.
