Reporting to the Audi Service Manager, we seek to appoint a highly motivated and passionate Assistant Service Manager based at our Audi Service Centre in Mile End.
About the Role
- Ensuring that our customers receive an excellent customer experience with us and that it aligns with our Customer First Principles.
- Ensure all customer-facing staff achieve a high standard of courtesy and integrity.
- Assisting the Service Manager to ensure the department achieves results.
- Support the Service Advisors with escalations that arise from customer interactions.
- Determine and implement process improvements around customer experience.
- Work with the Service Manager to determine training needs for customer facing staff.
- Promote a positive and welcoming environment for all customers visiting the department.
- Build and maintain a positive working relationship between the front of house and back of house.
Skills and experience
- The successful candidate will have had previous experience working in a dealership environment as a Service Advisor or at a managerial level.
- Superior customer service skills are a given.
- Self-motivated and the ability to perform well under pressure are essential.
- Along with your mechanical knowledge, you will be approachable and have advanced level relationship-building skills.
- Excellent administration and data entry skills along with advanced computer skills are required.
- Pentana ERA experience would be highly desirable.
