About the role
Windsor Auto Group is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor that is looking to take the next step in their career.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of the department.
This includes the following:
- Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service
- Overseeing workflow
- Ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- Build relationships with customers.
- Mentoring fellow service advisors

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:
- Previous experience within a Service Advisor role
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Operate with a high level of Integrity.
- A high level of personal commitment to success in service
- Superb interpersonal skills
- A team player working within a team environment.
- Sound administrative skills and computer skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Current NSW Driver's Licence
