Hornsby Toyota, part of Sydney’s largest family owned Toyota group, is seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager for the first time in our history.
Working directly along side the owners of the business, this is a rare opportunity to join one of the last remaining family owned and operated Toyota stores in Sydney.
Hornsby Toyota has experienced a year of exponential growth, now selling in excess of 200 New Toyotas per month and 50 used and is starting to see the increase flow through into the service department.
Your key responsibility is to drive the Service Department’s KPI's (Financial, Customer, Manufacturer, and Dealership KPI's). This will involve taking the department to the next level by driving robust processes and managing change to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity and customer service is achieved
Due to the nature of this demanding role, you will need to have a proven background as a
Assistant Service Managerwith an ability to hit the ground running and take full ownership for this integral department to be considered for this position.
