AddressA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Department Operator to join one of our largest Service Departments as an Assistant Service Manager.
We are seeking a high-achieving and motivated professional to join our work family. This is a permanent full-time position ensuring a work life balance only working Monday to Friday in our Windsor Service Department.
You will be responsible for ensuring great relationships with our Manufacturers, staff and customers as well championing a high CSI position. In-house and Manufacturer training will be fully provided to assist you in achieving these goals. Your main role focus will be Managing, training, supporting and providing leadership to the front counter staff on a daily basis. Also dealing with booking mix, work flow, communication, follow up, staff and customer issues while implementing industry best practice.
We expect continual growth so the ability to handle a very fast paced environment and adapt to change while bringing your team along on the growth journey.

- Offer a high level of customer service to ensure CSI and other KPI’s are achieved.
- Previous experience with KIA, Hyundai, Renault & MG products will be highly regarded but not essential
- Significant experience in a franchise dealership service department is essential to be successful in this role.
