About the role
We currently have anAssistant Spa Manager role available. The role will support the Spa Manager to deliver amazing customer service and achieve individual and team KPIs. Together, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional treatment quality and customer service levels. Nurturing a team culture based on collaboration, coaching, support and feedback is a key part of this role.
TheAssistant Spa Managerrole will work Sunday to Thursday night on reception managing client transactions, booking efficiency and retail sales operations, along with the management of our team of 20+ therapists.
Hours: You will work full-time, 5 days on week
Salary: From $68,000+ plus super plus incentives

About You

- You are customer service focused and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences day in & day out
- You are motivated to build strong client reputation, delivering high quality treatments
- You are highly motivated by sales targets and seek to inspire others through your retail and re-booking success
- You are confident in leading a team through challenges with your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- You are highly organised and possess great time management skills
You MUST hold the following:
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or equivalent); and
- Diploma in Salon Management (preferable)
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
