- As an Assistant Store Manager at T2, you will be assisting the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the retail store with leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock.
- Coach the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our customer to shop seamlessly throughout the store.
- Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs for the store.
- Lead the store and team in absence of a Store Manager on duty.
- Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities.
- Encourage development with the team by providing timely feedback.
- Regular Sunday work is required for this role.
- Passionate and motivated to deliver results and will confidently support your manager and team.
- Have great communication skills, strong time management & organisational skills.
- Previous team leader, key holder, or management experience is advantageous.
