About YOU
- Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
- Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
- Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
- Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
About THE ROLE
We are looking for a Assistant Store Manager at CALVIN KLEINCanberraOutlet, ACT 2609.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will develop, mentor and motivate a passionate team and manage daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. Utilise your previous supervision and/or management experience to effectively lead the team to achieve sales and exceed targets whilst ensuring exceptional customer service. Enhance your leadership experience and accelerate your fashion career with this desirable brand.
To be successful, you will be available to work 38 hours per week Sunday to Thursday.
