As a passionate Assistant Store Manager, you will drive the commercial success of your store while supporting your Store Manager and Warehouse team. Your role extends beyond retail - it's about delivering exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression. • 2 years of retail management experience, preferably with a larger format retailer.
• Excellent communication skills, effortlessly managing people.
• Ability to guide customers through a diverse range of products and brands.
• Proven track record of smashing sales targets and KPIs.
