About the Role
We are looking for an individual to assist at our North West stores. Rent a Space Store Assistants work collaboratively with their Store Managers as well as Sales Support Centre team to exceed business expectations and deliver outstanding customer service whilst aligning to our company values.
Our Store Assistants get to enjoy a variety of operational duties including, customer sales, service, administrative support and facility maintenance. There are opportunities for personal growth across each of these areas. We seek individuals who are self-motivated, confident, assertive, and proactive in completing tasks.
Working hours: Our store operates from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday, requiring candidates to be available and willing to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered.
- Responding to customer enquiries or concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Maintaining & cleaning of the storage facility & grounds.
- Assisting in the achievement of monthly sales and KPI targets of the store.
- Assisting with store operations, including maintenance, security, access control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Promoting a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with the company's values and fosters teamwork, care, and excellence.
- Action general administration duties such as timesheets, customer contracts and inventory management.
