We are seeking a Trade Account manager to join our Sales team in a business development role. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will provide exceptional customer service to ensure sales are maximised and customers expectations are exceeded. Capitalise on sales opportunities via existing channel and source new business opportunities to access new markets and new customers.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
• Develop strong relationships with supplier and customer networks, provide timely support and service to customers in order to maxamise the network potential and product offering.
• Capitalise on sales opportunities via existing channels and source new opportunities to access new markets and new customers
• Support and embrace all trade sales growth strategies and initiatives including implementation of new technology.
• Consistently bring new customers and new business to fruition.
• Monitor market conditions and provide recommendations and strategies to manage competitor activity in the region.
• Achieve individual/team KPI's and sales growth targets as outlined by the business.
Based primarily from our Burleigh Heads location, the role package includes company vehicle, phone, performance based bonus and 5th week leave.
