The Bondi Bowlo is looking for an Assistant Venue Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or up and coming manager to take on a second in charge role. As 2ic you will build deep, mutually beneficial relationships with your team, your patrons and local suppliers. You will also be in a great position to put your mark on what is quickly becoming the Eastern Suburbs favourite Bowlo!!
Featuring a competition bowls green and a barefoot only green, a unique internal space with two fireplaces, dart boards and pool tables, the club really loves its old school charm. The majority of our 18 taps are running with local independent brews, we have a great wine list and strong cocktail menu.

Candidate Profile
- Display management experience and take ownership of Operations;
- Build a strong team in a fast-paced environment;
- Manage budgets, Rostering & timesheet approvals
- Demonstrate an understanding of food and beverage trends in the hospitality industry;
- Available to work a range of shifts;
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to prioritize and multitask;
- Knowledge of Registered Club businesses with strong systems and processes
- Who you are matters as much as what you can do.
- Previous experience (2 years) in a Senior Management position.
