An exciting opportunity awaits for a leadership role at Manly Spirits Distillery. The successful candidate will have the role of helping managing our team through our current weekend trade + having creative input with events, brand collaborations and community engagement. Established in 2015, Manly Spirits Co Distillery manufactures and sells its premium range of locally crafted artisan Gins, Botanical Vodkas, Whiskies and Liqueurs located in Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

You will be working as part of a small highly motivated team, accountable to manage all venue event activities and drive continued growth and utilisation of the distillery hospitality areas running as a cocktail bar, experience space and hired out for functions.
You will be leading and monitoring a team of staff through busy shifts and will run the logistics of food and beverage service, working closely with the Venue Manager, Bartenders, business owners and Distillery Manager.
You will enjoy a unique and challenging role where you execute weekly offerings alongside the full time and casual bartending team to motivate and train your team whilst holding them to the high Manly Spirits standards.
Core Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role in a bar environment (small or large)
- High level experience in cocktail making and preparation
- A valid RSA certification
- A current NSW driving license
- A registered motor vehicle
- Can do attitude
- A passion for high quality service, customer engagement and overall love for the industry
