About the role
In this role you will assist the Venue Manager in delivering exceptional Food & Beverage experiences and contribute to establishing Coopers as the best beer destination in Australia.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and supervise a concise and efficient service procedure for Front of House (FOH) staff.
- Ensure all Coopers Beers are presented to customers in immaculate condition.
- Build an inspired, diverse and motivated FOH team.
- Assist in FOH staff roster preparation.
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in maintaining an environment and culture that facilitates learning and fun.
- In association with the Head Chef conduct pre-service briefings to ensure a high product and service knowledge within the FOH team through consistent training and evaluation.
- Approval of weekly rosters and timesheets
About you

- A Proven ability to lead, inspire and motivate people.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Sound beer, food and wine knowledge.
- Familiarity with restaurant and bar service procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Certificate 3 in Hospitality Management
- First Aid Certificate(desirable)
