This is a challenging and busy role suited for an experienced F&B leader with a wealth of experience in transforming a guest's experience into an inspiring journey of discovery.

You will be a critical part of the F&B leadership team with bags of development and career opportunities. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will be overseeing the day to day running of F&B operations across all meal periods at Mister Percy. There is a great opportunity to cross train and learn all aspects of managing a busy F&B department. You will also be mentored by some brilliant and creative F&B minds, some of the best in the Industry who are responsible for amazing achievements.
